Tai Chi for Health

My name is Sarah and I have been studying Tai Chi Chuan for over 17 years and for approximately 14 years under the auspices of Master Willie Lim. I qualified as a Tai Chi Instructor in 1999 and am a Full Instructor member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.

I teach the Cheng Man Ching 37 step form, Master Huang Shyan Shen's Five Loosening Exercises and Chi Kung. 

Although I am not currently holding any classes, I will update this page as soon as I hold some more.
